In Case No. 97-001, Claremont School District & a. v. Governor of NH & a., the court upon September 15, 1999, made the following order:
The court will hear oral argument, on Tuesday, October 5, 1999, at 9:30 a.m., on the plaintiffs' motion for procedural order, limited to the six issues listed in paragraph 3A of that motion. Oral argument shall be limited to counsel for the plaintiffs and the defendants. Each side shall have forty-five minutes to present argument.
On or before noon on Thursday, September 30, 1999, the plaintiffs and defendants shall, and any amicus curiae, legislator, attorney, organization, interested party, or member of the public may, file a brief or memorandum limited to the question of whether the phase-in of the statewide property tax is constitutional. In accordance with Rule 16(7), an original and twelve copies of all briefs and memoranda shall be filed. The plaintiffs and defendants need serve their briefs only on each other in accordance with Rule 16(7). Any amicus curiae, legislator, attorney, organization, interested party, or member of the public shall, in addition to filing with the court, serve its brief or memorandum on counsel to the plaintiffs and defendants.
