SMS/Text Messaging Terms

These terms cover text messages sent by Mainstream Technology Group, a trade name of Viazio Group, Inc. (“we”, “us”).
1. What the program is
One-to-one conversational text messages between one of our representatives and you, following up on a phone conversation you had with us: confirming appointments, sending information you asked for, and answering your questions. Every message is written by a person. We do not send bulk or automated marketing texts under this program.
2. How you consent
During a phone call with one of our representatives, you will be asked:
“Is it okay if I text you at this number about this? You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and message and data rates may apply.”
Only if you say yes do we text you, and only at the number you agreed to. We record the date and time of your consent, the representative who asked, and the wording used. The full process is described at How we collect permission to text you.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies with the conversation; typically no more than a few messages per week, and none once the conversation has ended unless you contact us again.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. We do not charge for text messages.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message. You will receive one confirmation text and nothing further from any of our representatives. You can also call (603) 285-9680 x5050.
6. Help
Reply HELP or INFO to any message, or call (603) 285-9680 x5050.
7. Opting back in
Reply START, YES or UNSTOP to a number you previously opted out from, or ask a representative during a call.
8. Your information
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Carriers
Compatible with major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
